They drink a lot and smoke like a chimney.
Cultural Shock 2:
They talk to anyone,anytime about anything.
Cultural Shock 3:
They wear their Halloween costumes to the exam hall.
Cultural Shock 4:
The way they wash dishes:-
(Leave it there until they want to use again)
(I)Place the dishes in the sink
(II)Put some Fairy liquid(the detergent)
(III)Pour hot water on it
(IV)Leave it there for duno-how-long minute
(V)Take the dishes up and wipe or drain them
(VI)Keep it
Cultural Shock 5:
They use many toilet rolls
Cultural Shock 6:
The lectures care about what we think of the lectures and whether we believe them or not.
Cultural 7:
They throw eggs or stuff at you or at your window and if this happens in Malaysia..Fuyooh!They'll get free accomodation and nasi lemak.
Cultural Shock 8:
The places look all alike and I'm lost all the time!!(grr)
In the city centre,outside city centre,and even in UCD!!
okok..I'm always lost even in Malaysia.
But I don't miss the bus back in Malaysia.
okok because I don't really travel by bus in Malaysia.
So far,I've miss the stop for 4/5 times already
Cultural Shock 9:
MY GOSH...This..is...really..shocking....
*story time*
I was so excited yesterday after exam.
I left my notes in the exam hall.
So I email the lecturer this morning.
And he replied extremely fast!(thank you!!)
He's a very...responsible lecturer.
Even write on the notes whether we are happy with the lectures or not...
Anyways,then he said he found my notes before they locked up the place and gave me his hp number in case I can't get into him.
So I went to collect it but he wasn't there.
Then I left a voice message and went back to Health Science(the cal lab was closed so I stucked in the library)
Then I sms him to confirm whether I can collect it later.
And within a 30 seconds he CALLED!!
I hello too loud and asked him 2 shh..(omg..this is so embarrass)
Anyways,then i went to collect the notes again and all his friends were laughing at me..
All right..Story ends.

OMG!!! I don't use that much lar okay...They give us 2 rolls per week. But normally I'll finish 1 only, so I keep another one...those are for christmas and when you guys come over to mafan me...hehe=)

no no i SHOULD feel guilty, cos don't know why it just slipped my mind. fiona and i were still talking about it in asia market but they only had weird flours like tapioca and glutinous then don't know why we just totally forgot about it in lidl 0.o

Lol! I know what you mean? I experienced it myself, especially the talking to anybody about anything part.
I was staying in a hostel in Rome, where there were travellers from all around the world (US, Aussies, 2 Canadians, Spaniard, one British, 2 from China, Poland and Argentina) and somehow everybody talked to anybody about everything.
But I did enjoy it though, kinda...
I like it too~
I talked to people in the laundrette,when waiting for a bus,or when walking to class,when I was buying sth etc...I just love that feeling..Oh ya..And even in the library..Or the ppl sitting beside me in the class..
hehehe..
