So today was a fine day.

TIME :9-11am,12-1pm
TOPIC COVERED :Transport across membrane.
Enzyme reaction.
Some IT stuff.
Imaginary Lunch
TIME :1.15pm
HOST : ISS(International Student Society)
VENUE :a dim room in Newman's building
COMPANY : Jean
ACTIVITY :people talking around
FOOD :coffee(coffee powder,sugar,empty milk bottles,hot water,tea packets) and biscuits
TIME SPENT :30 minutes
Proper Lunch
TIME :2.30pm
CHEF :me!!!
INGREDIENTS :3 bread,1 ham,cheese,egg,butter,honey
DRINK :apple juice
COOKING METHOD: Put ham and cheese in between 2 slices of bread
Dip the whole thing into the egg and fried it.
Serve hot and put some butter and honey on top of it.
The remaining egg is cooked with the 3rd bread.
*egg is currently my life and soul..i eat it everyday*
Tea time
TIME:4.00pm
FOOD :Some choco and an apple.
Dinner
TIME :5.30pm
BAD NEWS :mushroom are spoiled.I think..Coz they are black in colour.
FOOD SERVED :stir fried some long beans=.=" with cabbage and omelet and eat with white rice.
( my rice are finishing as well...hahaha)
Aikido Class
TIME : 8-10pm.
WEATHER :windy,9 degree celcius
CONDITION :fun!!
ACTIVITY :warm up,blocking,attacking,falling,cool down
BAD NEWS :will have body ache on tmr.
Supper
FOOD SERVED :toast bread with butter and drink milo!!and a piece of choco biscuit.
So I can sleep with a smile tonight.
p/s:I'm looking forward for tmr's maths class(electives)!!

yoooo...decide early!!Bcoz if you are not coming,i'll go around ireland and to UK or Paris or German or any other place...I have 3 weeks of holiday.
