Dearest Jing Yi,



I'm sorry I couldn't celebrate your birthday with you :(. But it's good to know that you are having loads of fun back there. I wanted to write you a super long birthday post because your birthday is among the very few people my poor memory can remember. And I'm sure leeyeeyuan is feeling jealous right now. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I have so many sooooooooooooo many things to tell you but ucd wouldn't allow me to do so. I don't even have the time to cry right now. So please bare with this short post ok? Urgh, I couldn't find a picture of us together ;p

I believe, having you as my best childhood friend makes my life more colourful in a brighter way. We are not in touch as often, and sometimes I'm scared that the feeling will go beyond my reach. We are lucky the root is deep :) From renting our own comics on a 555 notebook to the classmates, to selling soft drink cans old newspaper chilli padi, to cycling around the school with my pink bike, to catching tadpoles on a chill sunday afternoon, to playing masak masak together, to climb the coconut tree behind your house, to cry together after upsr, to be in the same class for 10 years, to write lyrics and haunted stories together, to join atheletics together and make me feel very proud of you, to have you, recognising what I do is always right. Good thing is rixin, lyy and you are still close to my heart since we became the youngest foreigners of the class ;p

Distance is something, but I love it when it is not significant enough.

Happy 20th Birthday. I'm glad we found each other when we were 6. I'm glad, we became best of friends.
